Via the Lexus App, Remote Connect allows you to access a series of vehicle functions from a distance – from starting and stopping the vehicle to the vehicle’s last parked location.

Start and stop the engine from a distance. It’s comfort and convenience all rolled into one.
Lock and unlock your vehicle doors from your smartphone and have peace of mind when you can’t remember if you locked them.
Preset your cabin temperature, operate defrosters, heated steering wheel and seats remotely from your Lexus App.
Check whether your windows are open or closed via the Lexus App.
Locate your vehicle easily through the App when it’s parked on a crowded street or in an open-air parking lot.
A notification will be sent to your Lexus App to remind you to check for forgotten occupants or items if the system determines that there may be a forgotten rear seat occupant.
Preset your cabin temperature, operate defrosters remotely from your Lexus App. You can also prepare for your drive by setting a schedule for your vehicle’s cabin temperature before you go.
Allows you to monitor a Guest driver and receive notifications if they exceed pre-set limits, such as maximum speed.
Pair the Lexus App with a compatible Apple Watch or Android Wear device and use your smartwatch to access Remote Connect features such as engine start/stop and door lock/unlock.

Advanced Rear Seat Reminder uses a sensor from the vehicle to detect movement in the rear seats to alert you of an occupant. Vehicle alerts may vary depending on whether the vehicle is locked or unlocked. If you have downloaded, registered for and enabled the Lexus App on your smartphone, you may also receive a notification, SMS and/or an automated call to the verified account phone number. System functionality and sensor coverage is limited and may not detect all occupants under all circumstances. Feature may vary depending on the vehicle and by model. Should you ever encounter trouble on the road, using the vehicle’s onboard cellular and GPS technology, a live 24/7 response centre agent will soon have assistance on the way.

If your vehicle is located, you will be contacted by the reporting officer.

When it comes to maintaining your vehicle, Service Connect allows you to be proactive and informed. Keep your Lexus in peak condition with access to warning light notifications and vehicle health reports.

If a warning light appears on the dashboard, a notification is automatically sent to your Lexus App.
Service Connect notifies your preferred servicing Dealer of any vehicle health alerts so they can proactively schedule you in for any issue or maintenance need your vehicle may require.
Actual response time will vary by dealer. Information provided is based on the last time data was collected from the vehicle and is not real time data. Service Connect is not renewable as a stand-alone service and requires a subscription to any of Safety Connect, Remote Connect or Drive Connect upon trial expiration. Enjoy Cloud Navigation with real-time updates, Intelligent Assistant that responds to natural voice commands, and Destination Assist with 24/7 access to a live response agent.

The Cloud Navigation system uses Google POI data and provides you with real-time traffic information, turn-by-turn guidance, over-the-air updates and head-up display integration. The system works with the Intelligent Assistant and can be activated with a wake word such as “Hey Lexus”.
Cloud Navigation integrates seamlessly with Intelligent Assistant: you can use the wake word “Hey Lexus” to look for a destination, search for a POI nearby, check traffic conditions, weather and more.
With a few taps, you can share your ETA and current location with your contacts.
You can look up destinations using your Lexus App and send them directly to the vehicle’s Cloud Navigation system. Your User Profile must be loaded for this feature to function.
Destination Assist can be voice-activated with Intelligent Assistant. Need a restaurant recommendation, or hotel information, or the best local points of interest? The Destination Assist response agent can track down the details and send them directly to the vehicle.
Drive Connect Capability — with Cloud Navigation, including Googled points-of-interest (POI) data and Intelligent Assistant, including Hey Lexus and Destination Assist. Active trial or paid subscription required. Subject to availability of 4G network.
